So what does the 'Kid Planner' do?
What I do is create the perfect party for your child regardless of age, within a budget you are comfortable with. I prepare everything from food and cake to party favors, guest goody bags, and games throughout the party to invitation preparation. So what do you do? Sit back and just wait for the big day! How easy is that?

How much would my child's party cost?
Cost depends on your budget. Don't know how to budget? Don't worry! We will sit down at our first meeting and devise a reasonable budget that will include:
*Food/Drinks
*Decor/Theme Favors
*Cake/Ice cream

*Rentals (if applicable)
*Plates/Cups/etc.

Perfect Planning
1-2 Months = Hire Planner and budget
1 Month = Pick date, time, and theme
2-3 Weeks = Send out invitations
1 Week = RSVP date (including parents that might stay)
2-3 Days = Charge Camera, have extra film and/or video Morning of = Say, "Hello!" to your planner and thank goodness you didn't have to do all the work!

Helpful Tips
*If the party is for a child ages 1-3, make sure the time is when your child is most alert. This will ensure the most fun during the party (and a happy napping baby afterwards).
*Close friends and family for a child turning 1 or 2 are the best way to keep if from becoming overwhelming. Remember, they're turning 1 and 2 - not getting married.
*For children under 8 years old, the best duration for their party is between 2 and 3 hours. Children 8 and up can last until about 4 hours. After that they get bored (and unruly, destructive, and not as controllable). Contact Me!
